These Proceedings represented the work of contributors to the 10th European Conference on e-Learning

The conference provided a platform for practitioners and academics across the field of Knowledge Management to meet those who hold ideas in a face to face interaction, forge long-lasting networks and linkages with colleagues from similar areas of interests.

ICEL provided a space for the rigorous and stimulating sharing of ideas about e-Learning. It was an opportunity for the broader e-Learning community to meet, and for overlapping communities of practitioners to join the lively e-Learning conversations.
