Academic Conferences
Welcome to RESD 2013
On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite you to join 2013 International Conference on Recourses & Environmental Sustainable Development (RESD), which will be held during May 18-19, 2013.
With the acceleration of the world economy’s integration and the increasing demand for natural resources, the development way by high investment, low efficiency and high pollution has been a vulgar production mode for a long time, which has caused of resource exhaustion in some areas, the ecological environment has been suffered seriously in China and in most other countries; Water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution and other environmental pollution problems need to be solved urgently.
The development way by high investment, low efficiency and high pollution has been a vulgar production mode for a long time, which has caused of resource exhaustion in some areas.
As a brand-new developmental concept and mode, Sustainable Development has become an inevitable choice for contemporary human when facing a series of problems for resources and environment. How to scientifically and reasonably develop with protecting the limited environmental resources, make them being utilized and developed effectively and sustainably have become an important topic in Academic, Companies and government departments. These problems are universal problems for the countries all over the world that have ever experienced or will face or are facing with them.
The Organizer of this conference, College of Environmental Sciences, Liaoning University, and Shenyang Scientific Conferences. Inc, hosted this conference under the willing of pooling the world’s top environmental experts, scholars, the scientists and technical workers coming together, and communicating and exchanging the experiences among the countries all over the world for the environmental resources’ development, utilization and protection, exchanging the better understanding of the sustainable development between the social and economic development with the environmental resources, exploring the problems between the resources environment and sustainable development in the academic, engineering technology, management and policy and so on.
Shenyang, the largest city in Northeast China, is the political, economic, and cultural center of Liaoning Province. It is also an important industrial base and a famous historical city. It is the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), and has many cultural relics which symbolize the prosperity and subsequent decline of China's last feudal dynasty ... The most famous of these is the Shenyang Imperial Palace , which is of great historic and artistic significance and second only to the Forbidden City in Beijing in the extent of its preservation Fuling Tomb and Zhaoling Tomb are two other famous imperial structures of the Qing Dynasty.
Among the natural wonders of Shenyang the most impressive and unusual is Strange Slope (Guaipo), an 'anti-gravity'slope more than eighty meters (about 87.5 yards) long. Cars and bikes must accelerate to go down the hill but easily roll upward toward the top. Walkers experience a similar reversal in energy required to walk up and down.
Famous traditional dishes and snacks in Shenyang will definitely make your mouth water. And there are plenty of pubs, KTVs (karaoke bars), cafes, and tea houses available to meet your food and entertainment needs A visit to Shenyang can be both entertaining and relaxing.
We sincerely hope to meet you in this interesting conference and beautiful campus of Liaoning University and other sightseeing in Shenyang, China!
