Le sujet du séminaire était la construction d'un tramway à Marseille. Jean-Michel Kuntzer, chef de la mission Grand Projet Métro Tramway de Marseille, a dû avancer avec rigueur sur les aspects techniques et administratifs mais aussi avec imagination et adaptabilité sur les dimensions relationnelles.

Lors de ce séminaire Pierre-André de CHALENDAR à présenté Saint Gobain le groupe dont il est le directeur général. Il a expliqué l'évolution du groupe et les raisons qui font sont succès.

Le sujet du séminaire était la construction d'un nouvel aéroport situé entre Nantes et Rennes. François Marie et Jean-Yves Paumier, nous montrent les spécificités du secteur des aéroports régionaux : concurrence avec les autres aéroports, pression sur les coûts, développement des recettes annexes.
